A command is what a player controls during an event. It consists of a map of sectors, a number of economic points and a number of fleet points.
Each time a player joins a new event, they create a new command by spending an allotment of points.
Players can spend points to purchase more sectors, economic points or fleet points. Once the points are spent, they may not be changed.
After creating their command, player can deploy their starting fleet.
This is an image of a command map. This is one of the primary maps the player will use to play the game. Each square in the 5 x 5 grid is considered a sector. Sectors with a small image in them represent sectors the player owns.
The yellow number in the top left of the sector tells you how many ships are deployed in that sector.
The orange number in the top right of the sector tells you how many action points are in that sector.
As the player gains additional sectors, this grid will grow to accommodate. The map will increase in size from 5 x 5 to 6 x 6, or 7 x 7, and greater.
