Account Recovery

We do not use email as a way to recover an account in the case of a forgotten password. Players are required to provide three questions and answers that the system will present to the user in the cases where the player has forgotten their password.

If the player does not set up these questions and answers, their account cannot be recovered. If the player does not know their username, their account cannot be recovered.

Account recovery is governed by our Account Recovery Policy.

Players are required to read, understand and agree to our account recovery policy prior to creating an account.

Players may edit their question and answers at any time and for any reason by visiting their account page.
